Abstract
The aim of this research was to test the effektiveness module with local wisdom of Situbondo to write the text of report on observations in Senior High School. This research method is quasy experiment method. Data in this research is writing score text of report on observations . The data source was obtained on the tenth grade. The result of the test that the module less effective to write the text of report on observations. The average of the experimental class is 50,4867. There are two problems assume to be the result of less effective. First, the student difficulty to identification the local wisdom of Situbondo and local wisdom of Madura. Second, study time compression pandemic effect. However, the student shows positive respon towards the use module with local wisdom of Situbondo.
