Abstract
This study aims to describe students' creative thinking skills on thermodynamic topics. The research method uses a descriptive method with the research subject of 70 high school students in Gresik. The research instrument is in the form of 4 essay questions with a reliability value of 0.826. The results showed that students' creative thinking skills were low with an average value of 5.50 (low category). The fluency indicator gets the highest percentage of 40%, the flexibility indicator is 37%, and the elaboration indicator is 31%. The original indicator got the lowest percentage of 29%. While the average for all items is included in the less creative category. Future research recommends applying the PjBL-STEM learning model to build students' creative thinking skills on thermodynamic topics.
