Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the cause of difficulties in learning science for fifth grade students at SD Negeri Rejowinangun Selatan 1. The research design uses descriptive qualitative, data collection methods by means of observation interviews observation, and documentation. The resultd of the research show that 1) Physiological factors such as when they are sick, unhealthy, and limitation in vision and hearing make it difficult for student to concentrate when learning science. 2) School factors such as learning time and teachers this can be proven by the result of observation and interviews conducted time also affects students learning concentration. 3) Family factors, the role of parents in increasing interest in learning science at home has also not been implemented well, whether it is influenced by the family.
