Methods of data analysis performed by descriptive statistical analysis, multiple regression analysis and moderated Regression analysis with analysis tools software SPSS Statistic 23. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant variable effect of ICT skill and soft skill on work readiness. Vocational competence has a negative and significant effect on work readiness. This study also shows that industrial work practices can moderate the effect of vocational competence on work readiness.
