The Editorial Team of the Journal of Language, Literature, and Arts (JoLLA) is pleased to share two important developments: the journal's achievement of national SINTA 4 accreditation and its transition to the Elsevier Digital Commons publishing platform.
01. JoLLA Achieves SINTA 4 Accreditation
JoLLA has been awarded SINTA 4 accreditation, as stipulated in the Decree of the Director General of Research and Development, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology, No. 156/C/C3/KPT/2026.
This achievement reflects the continued dedication and contributions of authors, editors, reviewers, and institutional leadership at Universitas Negeri Malang in maintaining the journal's scholarly quality, publication standards, and academic integrity.

Volume 3 No. 5 (2023) to Volume 8 No. 4 (2028).
Article Processing Charge Policy
Following its accreditation, JoLLA applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 500,000 per accepted article to support the sustainability and continued improvement of its publication services.
The APC is payable only after formal manuscript acceptance. No APC is charged at initial submission, and editorial decisions remain independent of payment.
02. Migration to Elsevier Digital Commons
To improve the quality of journal services, strengthen editorial workflows, and enhance accessibility for authors, reviewers, and readers, JoLLA has transitioned its journal management platform to Elsevier Digital Commons, effective May 8, 2026.

The transition is intended to provide a more reliable, modern, and internationally integrated publishing environment, supporting improved manuscript handling, editorial coordination, and wider global visibility of published articles.
Important Notice for Authors
Manuscript submission through the previous JoLLA website has been officially discontinued.
Previous OJS website:

Previously published articles will remain accessible through the existing OJS platform during the transition period.
Authors should use the official Digital Commons website for current journal information and manuscript submissions.
