Abstract

This study aimed to develop a Quizlet-based Arabic learning medium utilizing the Flashcard and Gravity features for vocabulary learning among seventh-grade students at MTs Negeri 1 Malang and to determine the feasibility level of the developed media. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, which consists of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The collected qualitative data included observation results, teacher needs interviews, and suggestions and comments from material and media experts. Quantitative data were obtained from feasibility assessments conducted by media experts, material experts, Arabic language teachers, and students. Data collection instruments consisted of validation sheets and product evaluation questionnaires. The data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The development resulted in a Quizlet-based Arabic learning medium designed according to the Grade VII Arabic textbook and presented through the Flashcard and Gravity features. The validation and trial results indicated that the developed media achieved a feasibility score of 85%, which falls into the highly feasible category. Therefore, the Quizlet-based Flashcard and Gravity media are suitable for use as supporting tools in Arabic vocabulary learning at MTs Negeri 1 Malang.
