Abstract
This study aims to develop Journal Career media as a medium in developing student decision-making ability in MTsN. The preferred method is the Borg & Gall development model summarized into three sections (1) introduction study, (2) stage of media development, (3) stage of media test. The result of product development in Jurnal Karier media has fulfilled the aspect of acceptability, namely accuracy, usability, practicality and attractiveness. Expert test Guidance Counseling and counseling category is very feasible, media expert test very feasible category, guidance and counseling teachers category is very feasible, user test category is very feasible. Based on these results Jurnal Karier media is very feasible and can be used for student decision-making process.
