Abstract
Early childhood education has principles that are stick with playing by learning. So the assessment is done specifically for specificity, in contrast to the lessons for elementary and secondary schools, which need to be carried out carefully and carefully. In application applications, the general term is replaced by the assessment term in PAUD. The method that used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate the fact that the most commonly used formative assessment forms are interviews, observations, checklists, and portfolios. The four information techniques were chosen because they were effective, in accordance with the needs of the child and the teacher, described of children’s development ability clearly and precisely.
