Abstract
The purpose of this research and development is to produce STEM-based science teaching materials in creating PAIKEM to improve students' creative thinking skills in Theme 2 Sub-theme 1 Energy Sources. The method used in developing the product uses the ADDIE model. The results of product development research get a score of 86.38% in the very valid/feasible category to use. The results of product attractiveness get a score percentage of 98.21%. The results of the practicality of the product get a score percentage of 98.50%. Based on the results, the average pretest score got a score of 33.83 which increased to 76.83 on the average posttest score with a completeness percentage of 5.55% to 91.66%. the results of research products developed in learning are feasible to use.
