Abstract
This study aims to describe the learning management of Ibn Mas'ud integrated Islamic elementary school teachers, Pidie Regency, during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and data obtained from observations, interviews and relevant literature studies. This study found that learning planning by the Ibn Mas'ud Integrated Islamic Elementary School teacher conducted in a participatory manner by involving all education stakeholders. Then, the teachers' learning implementation and evaluation structured, and teachers also optimize students' parents' roles. Thus, the learning management implementation has a positive impact on teaching and learning activities even in the covid-19 pandemic.
