Journal of Innovation and Teacher Professionalism (JITPro) is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by Universitas Negeri Malang, Indonesia, three times a year (April, August, and December). The journal is dedicated to shaping the future of teacher education and professional practice by providing a platform for impactful, innovative, and forward-looking scholarship.

JITPro welcomes high-quality original research articles, review articles, and conceptual papers that address key issues in teacher professionalism, including curriculum innovation, pedagogical transformation, digital learning, teacher identity and agency, and continuous professional development across diverse educational contexts. The journal particularly values contributions that connect theory, policy, and practice, offering insights that are both academically rigorous and socially relevant.

Accredited at SINTA 4 based on the Decree No. 156/C/C3/KPT/2026 , JITPro is committed to maintaining strong academic standards and expanding its scholarly visibility. All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process and are evaluated based on originality, relevance, and scholarly contribution.

JITPro provides immediate open access to all published content in support of wider knowledge dissemination and equitable access to research. To ensure long-term digital preservation, the journal uses CLOCKSS archiving. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) license.

An Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 500,000 is applied to accepted manuscripts in accordance with Universitas Negeri Malang regulations for SINTA 4 accredited journals. This fee supports editorial management, peer-review administration, and publication services.
