Abstract
As society continues to develop, education has entered the 21st-century era, which is characterized by the widespread use of information technology in many fields, including education. Twenty-first-century competencies require education to integrate knowledge, skills, and attitudes holistically. Teachers therefore need to play an active role in helping students achieve these competencies. One solution is to formulate learning models that suit students’ characteristics. One applicable model is the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type of cooperative learning supported by Bamboozle media. This study aimed to determine the effect of Bamboozle-assisted TGT cooperative learning on the Social Studies learning outcomes of Grade VIII-F students at SMP Negeri 24 Malang. The study used a pre-experimental method with a One-Shot Case Study design. Data were collected using a test and analyzed through normality and hypothesis testing. The hypothesis test showed that Bamboozle-assisted TGT cooperative learning had a significant effect on students’ learning outcomes, with a significance value of 0.00, which was lower than 0.05.
