Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of virtual laboratories on static fluid material in improving the understanding of eleventh-grade students at MAN 1 Jembrana during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research employed a mixed-method approach with an embedded experimental design involving 29 students as the research sample. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that the use of virtual laboratories equipped with student worksheets (LKS) in learning was proven to be quite effective. The analysis results indicated a positive effect of virtual laboratory learning media combined with a scientific approach on students’ learning outcomes in static fluid material. Through this research, it is expected that teachers can apply virtual laboratory learning media in physics learning so that students can more easily understand concepts and avoid misconceptions in physics learning.
