Abstract

This research aims to enhance basic soccer passing techniques in 13-year-old children at the TFA Karangploso Academy using the Drill method within an experimental framework and an Action Research approach. Fourteen young athletes participated in pretests and posttests to monitor progress and adjust training sessions accordingly. The primary objective is to improve passing skills through targeted, repetitive practice. Structured drills focused on precision, control, and effectiveness were tailored to address weaknesses and reinforce proper technique. The study provides empirical evidence supporting the effectiveness of the Drill method, offering valuable insights for coaches in developing fundamental soccer skills. It emphasizes the importance of consistent practice, technique refinement, and fostering a culture of continuous self-improvement among young athletes. The findings highlight the potential of the Drill method as a key component in youth soccer training programs.
