Abstract
Cyberbullying is aggressive behavior using technology and social media to hurt, harass, and intimidate others online. This research aims to identify the profile of cyberbullying behavior in adolescents and determine its implications for guidance and counseling in schools. The research method uses a literature study by collecting secondary data from books, journals, articles, and interviews related to cyberbullying behavior among high school students. Data were collected through observations and secondary sources. The results show that cyberbullying behavior in adolescents often appears in the forms of flaming and outing & trickery. Motivations supporting this behavior include revenge, lack of understanding about cyberbullying, and misuse of social media anonymity features. Implications for guidance and counseling services include the implementation of basic services, such as information about cyberbullying, and responsive services for victims and perpetrators as a curative function. Strategies that can be applied include information services, classroom and group guidance, individual counseling, group counseling, and collaboration with experts in personal and social guidance.
