Abstract
This article discusses appreciation and appreciation for the values of diversity and Pancasila at SMP Negeri 15 Malang. By considering the diversity of ethnicities, religions, cultures and backgrounds of students, this research explores the implementation of the values of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika and Pancasila in the school ecosystem. Qualitative research methods are used by observing the learning process and activities at school. Observation results show that there are signs and symbols, such as school uniforms, religious activities, and flag ceremonies, which reflect appreciation for diversity and appreciation of Pancasila values. The ecosystem at SMP Negeri 15 Malang emphasizes tolerance, mutual cooperation, deliberation and social justice as an integral part of school life. This article provides a concrete picture of how these values are applied and internalized in education to strengthen Indonesian human identity.
