Abstract

Critical thinking enables students to process information logically, while creative thinking encourages the emergence of imaginative ideas. Both skills can be enhanced through the application of the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model. This study employed a quasi-experimental design involving Grade 10 and 11 students of SMAN 9 Malang. The aspects of critical and creative thinking skills were measured using essay tests. Regression analysis was conducted to determine the relationship and contribution between critical and creative thinking skills. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between critical thinking skills and creative thinking skills.
