Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the mastery of Arabic vocabulary with ludo media in grade 10 at Muhammadiyah 11 Jakarta High School. This research was carried out at Muhammadiyah 11 Jakarta High School in class 10 semester I of 2019 - 2020 Academic Year. This type of this research is Classroom Action Research, which is conducted with two cycles. The model used is a model of PTK Kemmis and Mc Taggart model which consists of planning, implementation, action, observation and reflection. And the instrument used are test on each cycle and observation. Learning outcomes tests used to measure students' success in understanding the Arabic vocabulary. Observations format is used according to measure the performance of teacher and student in learning. The results obtained in each cycle are: the average value of Arabic vocabulary mastery increase in pre-cycle value is 70, and the value of the first cycle test is 75, and the value of the second cycle test is 85. There is an increase in the value from pretest to the first cycle test which is 5, and the increase from the first cycle to the second cycle is 10. The number of results of the increase in this research was 15. And the researchers concluded that there is a growing mastery of the vocabulary of the Arabic Language by using ludo media in grade 10 students at Muhammadiyah 11 High School Jakarta
